Ariel Gail
Professor Gail S. Goodman has been an outstanding professor of psychology since 1993. She is also the Director of the Center for Public Policy Research, University of California Davis. She has been widely recognized for her pioneering work in studying eyewitness testimony and child witnesses in legal settings. Professor Goodman has published widely she has received grants from numerous sources and been recognized with numerous national and international awards. She has worked with various governments and agencies throughout the globe on policy and studies on children as victims within the legal system. Additionally, she provides consultant for the Special Assault Forensic Evaluation Center. (formerly Multidisciplinary Interview Center), of Sacramento County Child Protective Services. She is a member of numerous professional organizations, which include that of Association for Psychological Science and American Psychological Association. (Divisions of Experimental Psychology, Developmental Psychology Society for Child and Family Policy and Practice American Psychology Law Society Psychology of Women and Traumatic Stress 56) Professor. Goodman is a fellow of the Psychonomics Society Society for Research in Child Development American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children and the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies. Professor Goodman was the head of the America Psychological Association's divisions: Division American Psychology Law Society, Division Developmental Psychology and Division Society for Child and Family Policies and Practice.
